Today I logged onto a chat with customer service the representative had no regards for anything that I was saying to him.. I requested an supervisor and the supervisor disconnected the chat without even attempting to understand my needs.. I paid over 100 on more than one occasion to have access to materials and the lack of respect that I received to was extremely hurtful coming from such a large company. I will definitely take this as far as I can starting with contacting cooperate.. User's recommendation: For the representatives to listen and come up with an solution.
