My story is basically the same as the others. I have loved Lara Spencer from ABC for many years. Wanted to try a sample of her product for 4.95. My fault didn’t read thru the terms and agreements silly me it TRUSTED her. After 14 days they charged my card the 89 dollars. My credit card had contacted me thinking it was a fraudulent charge. Lucky for me I was on road trip with my family so I had time in the car to sit on hold. After forty minutes I was able to get someone on the phone. I even offered to send back everything it still in an unopened box they would not accept. Initially they offered to give me a 35% refund. I threatened to cancel my card then they would be out for the full amount but obviously they are masters at con aristery. They said because they had my phone IP address I did not have recourse. After lots of back and fourth I was at least able to get a 50% refund. Shame on you Lara maybe you shouldn’t quit your day job so quickly.
