I joined this on the recommendation of a family member, but was so disappointed. I was never contacted by a career professional to discuss what sort of job I was looking for and did not receive any employment opportunities that I was suited for. I sent a response in July to cancel and followed it with an email. Then I get a bill in January! I again sent their automatic email from their website to cancel and actually called and spoke with someone and was assured it was cancelled. Now they are threatening collection. I made every good faith effort to discontinue their service and they have not responded except to collect money. No way would I ever use this service again!
