My Moen faucet (guts) broke and I contacted moen. They told me it would take up to 4 weeks to receive the parts I needed to replace it. This was my Kitchen Faucet and one I needed repaired faster than 4 weeks. I had to order my parts from Amazon who shipped them to me within 4 days. I informed Moen of this and they did reimburse me for the parts ($12) but I had to pay Roto Rooter $204 to install them which took all of 15 minutes.
