Warranty – The Joke Was On Me

Filed online claim. Ticked the box “yes” there was a stain. Had to rip the bed apart to take pictures. Got asked to take more pictures three times. They sent an inspector to my house two months later, he took one look at the mattress and said it was defective. I get a call from customer service confirming the mattress is defective but the warranty is void due to the stain. Every picture, every form I filled in, every conversation I told them there was a stain. Instead of telling me in the first 60 seconds not to proceed I spent about 8 hours talking to customer service, ripping the bed apart multiple times, waiting for the inspector. I can’t believe a company can treat a customer so poorly. The only thing I can conclude is that there was a game being played “How many hoops do you think we can make this sucker jump thru before we finally blow him off”. Sadly for me, the answer was quite a few!
