Warranty service is crap

I returned a Rowenta steam travel iron because the plug was broken. Today, I used the steam feature for the first time...or tried to....no steam. Last Rowenta product I will ever buy. Lots of hype and lots of crap. The irons are pricey and in the past have always been of the highest quality. Problem is...once a product is replaced as part of the warranty...the customer is out of luck because Rowenta will not honor the warranty for the replacement. Oh well...lots of products out there and lots of choices. Sad because I like the size of the iron and because it is light and works well for my quilt projects.
