Warranty related
My warranty was miscommunicated to me when I purchased my vehicle and an issue arised that costed me allot of money. I reached out to Infiniti to see if an exception could be made and they were unwilling to help me and was not understanding or sympathetic to my situation. I advised them that I was aware that they can make exceptions for their customers as this is stated in the warranty info and I was told that they do but couldnt in my case but couldve explain why. Needless to say this is my second and last vehicle that I will be purchasing from Infiniti because I value customer service and integrity over anything and they failed in those 2 areas.
