Warranty reimbursement for repairs

We are a truck body manufacturer building Sewer Cleaning Equipment for over 25 years. We installed a PTO on a Kenworth T-370. Due to poor information in the BB manual and the lack of assistance from the Dealer and Kenworth Tech support we mistakenly made a wiring connection for the PTO. This caused an engine service light on the dash. The dealer that made the repairs told us that the connection we made "Could not have caused the problem". They replaced the ECM 3 times before realizing that the connection that we made was the cause of the problem. we now have a bill of almost $15,000 for the repairs and the truck is being held hostage until payment is made. The truck is now over 4 months late for the delivery and the customer is irate. The Kenworth Dealer that made the Repairs is Utica General Truck, Utica NY, They claim they have submitted a claim to Cummins but I feel that Kenworth is at the heart of the problem and can handle this problem. Please get back to me ASAP so we can get this resolved and get the truck delivered. Hal Reigi Dyna-Vac Equipment 315-865-**** User's recommendation: Be Aware New procedures for PTO installation.
