Warranty Issue and Poor Customer Service

Worst customer service ever. My elliptical is under warranty and Precor refused to repair my elliptical . My Precor Elliptical stopped to work more than seven months ago and I keep contacting Precor customer service 1-2 times a month, and each time they keep telling me they did not receive the part and I have to wait and wait for another one or two week. User's recommendation: Do not buy from Precor!!! The equipment is not reliable.
