Warranty help with chain saw

I took a chainsaw in for warranty work. The shop said it was not repairable and sent it to craftsman to process a refund. Craftsman sent it to MTD. After several emails they said the issue was resolved. But I never received my refund. Yesterday, I called craftsman and explained them that I still haven't received a refund. They put me in touch with MTD. MTD sent me an email requesting a copy of the receipt and my mailing address. Hopefully I will get a refund now, after four months. User's recommendation: Don't buy craftsman power tools.
