Warranty for Altenator not being honored per contract

I am Allison Galbreath,from North Myrtle Beach, SC. 321-269-****. Case EGA62552. I had come to FL for my tather's heart ablation surgery and to take care of my mother, who suffered injuried in a car accident some time ago. My alternator has gone out; took to repair on Wed, August 7. My car is sitting at Ron Norris Ford, Titusville, FL waiting for approval of its replacement, which is clearly covered by the warranty. PP1R 351439B. My Ford Service Tech, Michael Young was told Wed, 8.7) it would take 24-48 hr approval. He has been on the phone several times the last two days trying to get approval. The tech was told at 10 a.m. this morning (Aug 9) that there would be approval within the hour. NO CALL HAS COME. It has now been 48.hours from the time we began the process of trying to get approval. . I have also called today trying to get approval. Sharon Harvey, your in-house rep, told us she would reply within the hour (approx 4:30 p.m. est) We have still have not heard from her. I am a mother of two children, who are in school, which is soon to start. I need to getback home to family and my husband.
