Warranty Correction Needed

We have a customer who indicated he wanted a Rheem A/C system and once installed we generally assist the homeowner with product registration. Needless to say after the system was installed and registered the homeowner disputed the purchase to his American Express and had ALL charges reversed and now has a new system that he did not pay for and is practically stolen merchandise. Can you please reverse the Warranty Registration because the customer has not paid and Amex refunded him completely. His warranty should not be honored. I have no way of uploading the warranty registration, but below is the customer's name and model/serial number of system.
