Update by user Sep 09, 2019 we are not a company just a pissed consumervery bad customer servicenot doing what they need to as per warrantymain corporation of flexsteel said they take no phone calls Original review posted by user Sep 09, 2019 we purchased a sofa and chair from, furniture mall in topeka ks the 1st year the spring broke in couch that was fixed now the spring broke in the chair and another one broke this morniing we have contacted the company that handles the 5 years warranty plan they are jusst giving us the run around we are both handicapped and my husband can hardly walk and spends about 90 % or more of his time in the chair. he also sleeps in it it is a flexsteel product we have called the corporate office and we were told they dont take phone calls the furniture mall in topeka is trying to help us but so far nothing is working we paid $1200.00 just for the chair and $1700.00 for the couch and then we paid for a 5 year warranty yoiu would think they would hoonor the wwarrenty guess not i will never reccomend flexsteel to anyone their customer service is extremely bad they have no respect for their customers or handicapped customers either the onlly reason we bought flexsteel , it is supposed to last a lifetime nooooooo we could have gotten a cheaper chair and it would have lasted just as lon as this one has dont listen to your saleman when they tell you how wonderful flexsteel is that is a lot of money for older people that are handicapped
