Warranty and extended warranty issues

We have a 2017 Jayco Whitehawk 31 BHBS We bought it new and purchased an extended warranty thru Cornerstone. We noticed a soft spot in our floor just after our warranty had expired! so we tried our extended warranty they declined the claim.I guess we have should read the fine print. So we are stuck with a fairly new unit that is worthless Meaning who would buy something with soft spots in the floor would you? it has been in our dealer for almost 6 months now with no resolution yet
