I purchased a Samsung 46'' Smart TV from HH Gregg and an five year extended warranty from Warrantech. The TV worked for four years, but then began to malfunction. We sent the TV to Warrantech for repairs; it was returned to us promptly but wihthin a few weeks the same malfunction occurred. Again we sent it to Warrantech, and again they returned it to us, and again the malfunction was not repaired. Today Warrantech told me they would not do any more work on my TV because they had used up their budget for repairing my device. I wasted my $200 I spent for the warranty; the company is a scam.
