We received a new hot tub cover shipped by freight, the cover was received, box was not damaged. When removed from box, the hot tub cover was warped, both sides of it warped in same form. Set on flat cement surface in garage, still warped. Placed the hot tub cover on the hot tub, confirmed it was warped. One side was warped in a concave shape, the other convex as you would expect when folded together and shipped and warped during shipping. Vendor was notified that cover was received warped. Vendor asked for pictures of the hot tub to send to manufacturer, sent pictures, received response that due to the shape of the hot tub and the indentations where the controls on the hot tub are means that the manufacturer warranty would not cover the spa cover... What? So, it doesn't matter if the User's recommendation: if you receive a warped cover, you will have to accept that and not get a replacement... beware of this...over $400 down the drain.
