Got a call from them that they are representing Hilton (i have done Hilton vacation tours before) and that i can go to a Carribean resort for $599 if i take a property tour. I had 30 days to cancel and get a full refund. The day they signed me up their website (theroyalvacationclub.com) had 3 or 4 pages of resorts in various countries. A few days later there was 1 page. I sent an email to the guy i got my welcome letter email from (Steve Vaughn) who was listed on the email as a reservations mgr, and he said they had website issues. Later i called and was told that there are only so many spots on each property. I was also told Steve Vaughn was the owner. I cancelled in a week and got email that i would get refund in 5-7 days...after a month later many emails and calls i have no refund and was told today that the business closed because an owner walked away. their website is still up and running. BEWARE.
