The matches were not even close to my stated preferences. I contacted their customer service. This is what I said = I have only been a member for about 2 weeks. I don't like this site. If I cancel now will I get any money back? I never heard back and they canceled my account. I have since asked for a refund and have not heard back yet. User's recommendation: Go elsewhere.
