"Ordered a Direct TV satellite reflector and received it. It apparently was the incorrect one. I called and talked about returning it and purchasing the correct reflector which was more expensive. Their response was that since I ordered the original online, instead of through a customer service representative, I would have to pay for the return shipping. Additionally, I could be charged a subjective 25% restocking fee on top of that. BEWARE OF THE COMPANY. User's recommendation: STAY AWAY.
