War of lords

I was level 33 played for 3 years. Just purchased lottery and extended game items. Today I'm back to level 1- What the hell? Need a refund or reinstate back to the highest level. This is the second time its happened. I play every day. I need some resolution. This is robbery at its best. I'll continue to complain until I receive notice back. [protected]@gmail.com
