Just the lack of compassion in various tickets sent regarding certain issues with the game, purchases etc. I have been playing for nearly a year and never know why i can get answers regarding certain issues that i have had. I have kept all the tickets and information, i try to explain my problems but its like as if someone copies and pastes the same answers all the time, they cannot even be reading what is said. i know you have certain regulations legal etc but to be so no forthcoming in simplistic stuff as made a recent purchase problem a nightmare for me. Being a paying customer i think and not only just me certain situations are not handled correctly.
