Wants to complaint about staff

I went into Fit for less to do my workout. I noticed there was only one treadmill leftits the only thing I do there. So I went to put my water there and one of the employees jumped in front of me...was very rude. Told me I need to take my outdoor shoes off. I complied. She rolled her eyes. Then she very rudely told me to put my mask over my nosemy hands were full. But within seconds before I had a chance to to do it..she raised her voice to me even higher telling me to put my mask over my nose. I told her she was very rude and I left the gym. I left a message with fit for less more than a month ago that I wanted to cancel my membership. They have never gotten back to me, nor have I gotten my money back. I told them that they not only need to train their staff to comply with Covid rules, but they need to know how to deliver the message. I have since bought a bike, and a kayak. User's recommendation: Not good.
