This "company" wanted me to send them copies of my credit card statements AND a copy of a photo ID (DL or passport) so they could verify my identity. A photo copy of my passport...REALLY?????? This is totally unacceptable in my view. There is no way in the world i'm sending anybody a copy of my passport! They've held up a perfectly legitimate purchase from a well respected vendor that I have done business with before. Needless to say that if I am ever aware that my purchase will be handled through this outrageous group of idiots I will find another way to pay. Avoid these people at all cost!
