when i phoned [protected] (in UK) i just wanted help in transferring AVG from old pc to new laptop, but i was railroaded into paying £49 to clear malware which was transferred from old pc. If i had known that i would have not gone ahead. I am willing to pay £20 for your services and therefore want a refund of £29. just had an online chat with one of your reps, but she said above telephone number is not an AVG one. I am absolutely appalled by your customer service, and i thought americans were much better than that.
