Okay, the story is I have had service with Napster for some years now. I upgraded my cell phone, and needed help to re-login and preserve my Napster library of music. In so doing I was unable to reach any representatives nor do I remember my password, It is that frustration that caused me to cancel service with you all. I am on a 3 months trial with Apple Music, but missing the familiarity of Napster. If your reps can help me, Maybe I will resume. Thanks
