This company has the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with. They are always rude and have never helped me solve an issue I was having. Its over priced and they dont even know anything going on in within their company. The woman I just spoke to told me my boyfriends jail doesnt have a voice message system when they literally have it in their prompts and for a full 2 weeks had a 45 second message in the beginning of the calls. I was just needing help solving a simple problem and she was incapable. User's recommendation: Don’t even bother wasting your time calling honestly.
