Want to return a product because damaged

No one answered me. I was trying to have someone come fix it for a whole month before this covid-19 even happened. I tried multiple times. So, there is no excuse for this. Now it has been 3 months and i dont want the product anymore. User's recommendation: Dont ever order frim jennifers.
