After waiting for 32 minutes and going from Cue #2 to Cue #1, I was notified you won't take the call and I should leave a message. I have never heard of such poor customer service. I expect to hear from someone 415 505 ****. Shari Shryock User's recommendation: Don't deal with Bluemercury. They don't deliver on their promises.
