I did transfer my service from WCA and continued my auto pay but I want to cancel my service with this Wednesday being the last week for pickup. I am disappointed at the lack of help I got to transfer over and the inability to reach anyone via phone. Then there is the price increase and the need for a computer to have your service. Thank you.
