Had signed up for one year at $42. Per month in March 2019. Thought my year had expired. With covid was not taking part in anything to do with wW. Had some personal issues and was. Or well the last few months. After my year expired they began charging me $63.60 for NOTHING! When I called to cancel and asked to be reimbursed I was told that they couldnt do that but could give me two free months ...courtesy. I think this is outrageous when they can just automatically start charging you. I have spoken to customer service, chatted on line and have sent an email...but no response. I cannot believe that, especially during these times, that they can take $190.00 of my money. User's recommendation: Stay away from WW.
