Christmas shop elsewhere. My senior citizen husband has been promised a refund and that he would be taken out of a monthly program that he did not realize he was in for. We have received nothing. He thought he was out of the program last April but now I realize that he not only didn't receive the April refund but they have been still withdrawing. It is now November and almost a year. We have complained and nothing. I want Do business with a company that is consumer unfriendly. You can't win with this company. Save yourselves from bad businesses. I have contact the company 3 times today through various emails that been sent from different customer service agents, like Joy and Precious. That should tell you everything. They tell you everything you want to hear about the refund and send you confirming emails but no money Lies, Lies and more lies.
