Wannabe truckstop

Just do away with the restaurants. Understaffed or because of COVID. I dont care. Lease a spot on the parking lot to a taco/ bbq truck so we can have a quality dinner instead of doughnuts, beef jerky and fast food. If restaurants are going to remain closed let a entrepreneur worry about feeding the drivers with healthy meals.
