I have made three attempts via customer service of Synchrony to obtain statements prior to Sept 2019 of my Walmart card for a personal matter. The current request is January 2018-Sept 2019. There maybe additional requests in the future for statements prior to January 2018 and request those files to be retained and reserved or given at this time as well, dating back to 2015. A message can be left with any helpful details such as and not limited to a specific person in a specific department with direct contact phone number and email. Information can be sent to my email or to my home address on request. I have not added any private information to this email and can be obtained after contact.
