Scheduled app't. was for 12:00 with instructions to call 1 hr. prior to check time. Called and was told there was a delay and to come at 12:30. Arrived on time BUT had to wait 2.5 hrs. before even seeing the Dr. There were at least 10 other pt's. also sitting around WAITING. App't. was for my 93 yr. old mother and she was exhausted by the time we finally saw the DR.!!!
