Waiting to order/rude employee

I was waiting to order at the intercom. There are 2 lanes. 1 car was in the other lane. After he pulled away I assume it would be my turn to order. All I heard from the employee was "hold on". I waited longer and another car pulls up in the other lane. He begins to order ahead of me. Total wait time was around 5mins of sitting. I then chose to drive next door to the Chic Fil A where I can get a good meal and a "my pleasure" instead.
