Waiting time it’s ridiculous

I have a test to do for a new rehire and some other test before I get higher. I'm upset it's the Waite time i Waite almost 3 hours, and they are taking 1 COVID-19 potion but if I'm waiting so long time at least take my and then COVID-19 patient they are taking them first. Nurse and employee are been chilling taking their sweets time. User's recommendation: Have a better system how to make the waite time better.
