I had a very efficient experience in opening my checking account and issuing the debit card to it. I visited the branch that was just around the corner and managed to open an account in no time with the help of the advisor. However, next day I was out of town and had to fix the issue I had with my card being suddenly blocked. It seemed like a minor misunderstanding and I was sure I would be able to solve it through the customer service, via the call. The call itself did not happen, practically. The waiting time clocked at 35 minutes, with me being nervous that I would never reach a living person through the endless automated voice commands
