Waiting time for customer service and delivery issues

Why is it so hard to get in touch with customer service. Even the live chat was extremely difficult . We had cancelled our delivery due to a vacation that was subsequently cancelled so we needed to have the delivery started again. Had some issue with the automated phone customer service received a paper until today but the cancellation was for January19th through the 26th, WE did not get a paper today. We would like the paper delivery to start up again immediately. A 20 minute wait for customer service on the phone is totally unacceptable. Thinking of cancelling this subscription.
