Flight was changed without our consent. When I called Travelocity to change it back or make other arrangements, their wait time was always at least THREE HOURS. when I would put myself on a call list to be called back it wouldnt be three hours later, it was always whenever they wanted to call me back. Most of the time they would call be back at three in the morning. When I finally was able to speak to someone, they again left me on hold for three hours! User's recommendation: Never purchase anything from this website.
