Waiting in the drive-through for 30 minutes now

This is the second time Ive come to the smoothie king when Ive ordered online and have had to wait in the drive-through because the store was not open. The line is ridiculous. And the last time I had to do this when I got my smoothie it wasnt completely mixed and I had to throw it away
