I purchased a $500 reloadit safe card on 4/27/2018. When attempting to load it into my safe I was told it was invalid, so i called the company, they verified my purchase and told me I'd receive a refund check within 14 business days. So I importantly waited clear up til the 17th of May and received nothing. So I called again. They verified the situation and told me that the check needed to be cleared so I didn't get sent out until May,10th. In short...on this date of June 4th. I just got off the phone again unhappily stressed with no refund. How do I go about suing?
