Waiting for new sofa cushion for exactly one year

We purchased sofa June 2019..it was delivered and the one cushion cover had a tear in it. Your delivery men noticed it and wrote up order. Every time I called to see why we hadn't received our new cushion cover, they promised to get back to us but never, never did. Then covid 19 happened..what do I do now? Jean Velcio Order under phone # 216-308-**** Purchased at the store in North Olmsted, OH User's recommendation: they are closed and customer phone number not working.
