I took the ACT on September 12. I was told I should have my score within 3 weeks, but could take up to 8 weeks. I began calling and emailing ACT within the month when other students who took the test the same date and dates later than I, received their scores. Countless calls and emails and still no score. All they tell me is that it is processing. They are horrible! There is no customer service! User's recommendation: ACT is horrible to deal with, do not take the ACT. Take the SAT if you want your scores.
