I have called and emailed about our vacation we had to cancel at the beginning of March. No one gets back with me. I just want my hotel and car rental money back. I know we will get a voucher for the plane tickets and that's fine but I need our money for the hotel and car back. I call and get disconnected and email and get a generated response. I want my money. Had I done my reservations with the hotel and car rental I would have my cash by now. User's recommendation: Don’t use for a whole vacation package.
