Waiting for an agent to check on a charge on my credit card…..

TSC has charged my credit card twice for items I ordered back in September.....I cannot get anyone to answer my call on your return order desk. Very frustrating I was waiting 30 minutes to correct and error the TSC made. Customers time is valuable also. Will think twice before I order TSC again.
