Waiting for a voucher
On 15/06/20 you e mailed me to say you were processing my request for a voucher as you changed my flights (ID 15112****) We are now in November and no sign of my voucher! I received an e mail on28/09/20 with a different ID number (16229****) I am confused and would just like to know where my voucher is. If I do not receive a voucher by the end of this month then I will be requesting a charge back from my credit card as you changed both my flights which were totally unsuitable for us! I look forward to your reply Marian User's recommendation: Be prepared to wait. Was promised a voucher at beginning of June and still waiting!!!
