Waiting and growing old

I ordered a yarn loom on December 14 I knew it was a possibility I would not get my item by Christmas however I had no clue it would take over eight weeks for delivery when I contacted customer service they told me to check with usps doing so it was in limbo asking them to intervene was out of the question they treated me as if I was bothering them about my product as they had my money and could care less
