Waiting almost 3 months for a refund

I tried to book a flight on may 18 and it never fully processed through justfly but i still was charged on my account on May 19 of $183.28 for the potential flight. It is now August 10 & i have yet to receive a call back or an email regarding the situation. This is so unprofessional and outrageous to have to be going through this especially during this pandemic! Customer Service is terrible User's recommendation: Be cautious when booking to make sure you are sure about your flight or just call them.
