Judging by other people's reviews this company is very unreliable and I can say the same. I wish I had read all of them before dealing with Monoprice. At least I wouldn't have spent my money for nothing. I ordered headphones and waited for them for 7 weeks. Guys, it's absolutely inappropriate. Unfortunately, I didn't find out where their warehouse was based, maybe it would explain a lot because they claim they are in Rancho Cucamonga, California. I live in LA (it's not that far away, at least if you go by feet it won't take you 7 weeks to get there)... Appalling
