I have been told all sorts of stories, new system issues, Chinese New Year, COVID....you name it I've heard it. Tired of the excuses. I have to call them, they don't contact me....very hard to get in contact with now that they have closed stores and gone online. I think that Freedom won't be around much longer so DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!! User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY OFF FREEDOM!!!! YOU WILL NEVER GET IT......
